The three original canvas paintings in the “Toybox Nostalgia” series (“Teddy”, “Ducky”, and “Rocking Horse”) were first revealed in Handbrake’s 2024 solo exhibition “Chaos Concludes” and the original of “Teddy” is still available for sale. Painted with aerosol, acrylic, and graffiti ink markers this work is cute with a mixture of pop art and street aesthetics.
