For those who never watched it Captain Planet was one of Handbrake’s favourite shows as a kid and encouraged young people to take care of this planet we call home.

This is the main man…Captain Planet himself!!

When all of the Planeteers combined their powers (Earth! Fire! Wind! Water! Heart!) they would summon the Cap to fight on the side of planet Earth and defeat those evil corporations trying to destroy it.

He was essentially an eco-friendly version of Superman but who’s paying that much attention? In this work from Handbrake’s “Captain Planet Series” you’ll find some of HB’s favourite animals including a chameleon, tarsier (they’re super cute and look like they have anxiety), a black panther, king cobra, and even a stag covered in festoon lights.

HB even threw in a few references to some of his favourite childhood candy – Nerds, Chupa Chups, and Push Pops! Don’t you just MISS the 90s?
